Refund Policy

Refunds shall be initiated as per the Terms and Conditions decided and approved by the management of Bitkart Retail LLP.
Convenience charge of 2% shall be deducted for payments done through the payment gateway before shipment.
No refunds will be initiated for payments done through Bajaj Finserv cards.
All refunds, if approved, shall be done before shipment of the product, strictly.
Full refund or replacement shall be initiated only if the PC or the product is lost or damaged in transit as all the orders are insured by Bitkart.
