As per the parent company/service center, there is no warranty on physical and burnt damages.
Windows Operating system installed will be a trial version unless bought from us directly.

It is highly recommended to make back-ups for all your data before getting in touch with us for support.
During remote access, if you do not want us to access your data you may disconnect the session entirely from your end at any time.
Remote access support will be available after email approval has been recieved from your end,this information will also be relayed to your WhatsApp number.
Bitkart Retail LLP or its employees will not be liable for damages to upgrades purchased from other selles for your computer.
Upgrades to your computer shall be performed carefully as there is no warranty on physical and burnt damages as per the service center.
